1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
2. Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
3. Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is free on every order. There are no delivery charges and no hidden extras: the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
4. If your delivery is late
If your order has not arrived within the timeframe above, check your tracking link first, then contact us and we will chase the courier for you. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — without waiting for the courier’s internal claims process to finish.
5. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and contents before disposing of anything and contact us within 48 hours. See our Returns & Refunds Policy — transit damage is handled as a faulty-goods case at no cost to you.
6. A note on our products
The levitation base contains strong magnets and precision electronics, so parcels are packed with additional protective padding. Please keep parcels away from bank cards and magnetic media before unpacking, and see our Product Safety & Electrical Information page before first use.
